Aurora, CO · Seasonal Tune-Up Offer
Furnace Service + Evaporative Cooler Shutdown in One Aurora Visit — Both for $200
Fall is the only time of year when both halves of your system change jobs at once. The cooler comes down, the furnace goes up, and they swap within days. Handling both in one visit is not just cheaper — it is the only way to guarantee neither one surprises you.
The pricing, plainly
| Service | Price |
|---|---|
| Evaporative cooler shutdown (drain, winterize, cover) | $150 |
| Gas furnace service (full annual tune-up) | $150 |
| Booked together on the same visit | − $100 |
What you get in the combined visit

- Scale and debris cleared from the troughs and pads
- Unit covered, ceiling register sealed
- Pad, belt, motor and panel inspected while we are up there
Heating side — $150 furnace service
- Filter evaluated
- Burners and flame sensor cleaned
- Ignition system tested
- Heat exchanger inspected
- Blower, belt and motor checked
- Flue and venting verified clear
- Gas pressure and airflow verified at altitude
- Thermostat run through a full heat cycle
Why book them together instead of in two visits?
- $100 off — the two services cost less together than separately.
- One trip and one block of your day instead of two.
- One technician who has seen both systems. If something is about to fail, you hear about it once, in context.
- The order matters. The cooler has to come down before the freeze and the furnace has to be proven before the first cold snap — and those are the same week in Aurora.
Timing for 2026
The first freeze of 2026 reached Aurora on Friday, October 16. Cooler shutdown is the urgent half right now. Furnace service is the half you do not want to be booking during the first real cold snap, when the schedule fills up. Doing both now is the low-cost, low-stress version of the same work.
$300 of service for $200
Cooler shutdown $150 + furnace service $150 = $200 when booked together.

How long is the combined visit?
Plan on roughly two to three hours depending on system access and condition. We will give you a window when you book.
Can I combine the $200 bundle with a senior discount?
No — the two offers do not combine. Use whichever saves you more, and on a two-service visit the $200 bundle is the bigger saving. Terms are on our senior discount page.
Is the offer limited to Aurora?
We serve Aurora, Centennial, Denver and Parker. The flat rates above apply within our standard service area.
What if the technician finds a problem?
You get the finding in writing with a flat-rate repair price and you decide. No work beyond the tune-up happens without your approval.
